There is a Housegroup which meets every two weeks at the home of Barry and Marcia McDougall - 7 West Harbour Road, Charlestown.
We are having our annual House-Group get-together on Saturday, December 13th. Anyone who has been to our house group at any time is invited; this invite goes to the partners of those people also.
Next meeting: Thursday, November 27th at 7pm
We meet every fortnight for an evening of singing, study, chat, fellowship and rock buns and you are welcome to join us.
If you would like to come to the next one on November 27th at 7pm you will be very welcome. We have more than 20 people who have come at various times, and usually have around 10 each week; it's not always the same people who come.
We have just started a study on The Parables which will take us a few weeks to go through.
These evenings are always enjoyable and the discussion can go slightly off topic at times, but some people tend to share more at these times, which is a good thing. Those who want to share are encouraged to do so but you won't be asked to if you don't want to; You can sit all night and not say anything if you want! (I often do just that! - The Webmaster)
